Apple had announced earlier that the iPhone would become a powerful gaming system. Also Id software had made the announcement that it would create games for the iPhone. Recently, more details were revealed by John Carmack, famous game programmer and creator of highly recognized games like Doom and Quake. In an interview with Forbes, he said that the game “would be a graphical tour de force” and that it would be an exclusive iPhone game. He also mentioned in the interview that the iPhone is in the same league as the Xbox and Playstation 2 power-wise.
